How
does same/different Capacitors react to different/same Frequencies |

How
does same/different Inductors react to different/same Frequencies |
|
The
current seams to be same i all three circuits - but theres an
difference (which?) |

Series
Resonance versus
Parallel Resonance

Please note how the
current at the resonance frequency (41,09 Hz) only
limited by the resistor => I = U / R = 5 / 10 = 500 mA
(or 499,02 mA)
But since the current
actual flow through both the capacitor and the Inductor
will the Voltage drop over both be very high
|
In case of Parallel
Resonans will the Inductor and The Capacitor exchange
the same current (electrons) and hence will there be no
need for current coming from the Voltage source.
Hence will it appears
as it was only the Voltage Source and the Resistor
connected together. I = U / R = 5 / 2.1k = 2,38 mA

Which type of filter
will this circuit give ?
What the 3db frequency of the circuit ? (Vout =
Vin / 1.414)
